Oratoria is collecting pieces that touch.
That touch sentiments, habits, world issues, imagination, education and inspiration. It is primarily for new and emerging writers and poets who are looking to propel their unique voices against a condensed room of other voices.
Flash Fiction - 1000 words max, 500 word min
Short Fiction - 3500 words max, 1200 words min
Non-Fiction - 3500 words max, 1200 words min
Creative Non-Fiction - 3500 words max, 1200 words min
Poetry - 1000 words max, 50 words min
Illustrations - 1 max
Photography - 1 max
It is important that writers have their own unique, quirky voices and submit works on the following subjects:
Personal Essays, Memoirs, Short Stories, Social and Cutural Commentary, Feminism, Travel, Technology, Food, Romance and Parenting.
Deadline for submissions for Issue 02 : November 15 - December 31, 2018.

Please email your submission as attachment in MS-Word format (.doc or .docx) in 12pt size Times New Roman font, to firstname.lastname@example.org.
In the email body, please include a short bio (written in the third person, 75 words max) and a high-resolution headshot. Missing bio or photo will result in rejection.
Multiple submissions are not allowed. Please only submit one piece of prose, poetry or art.
Simultaneous submissions are allowed, however, you will need to mention this in your email body. We only accept previously unpublished work (including work that has appeared on personal blogs, social media etc).
Only 20-25 selected pieces will be included in every issue. If your piece is selected for the next issue, you will be notified via email.
We offer First Right to Publication. Rights revert back to Authors on issue publication. After the issue is released, you work may appear elsewhere, but you’ll have to add a “first appeared on” tag to it.
Any submissions submitted outside the reading period will be automatically declined.
